Precision Silva “Quarrymaster” model  for easy and  accurate checking of vertical shothole angles by sighting on a torch. Complete with leather case.  

Connecting Wire

Single core 22 gauge copper connecting wire with PVC insulation. Packaged on 100m spool.  Resistance 6-8 ohms per 100m length.    

Joint Insulators

Two types are available for insulating firing circuit joints. For wet conditions a white plastic sheathed aluminium tube filled with mineral jelly is available.                          

For less severe conditions a short length of plastic tubing sealed at one end  is available. Both types are supplied in packs of 50.

Stemming Bags

Clear plastic bag, thickness 112 microns, suitable for 100/105mm diameter drill holes. Supplied in lay-flat form 800mm long x 132mm wide, heat-sealed at one end, in packs of 50.

Measuring Rope

Heavy duty non-conductive 6mm wide, fibreglass coated for maximum abrasion resistance. Lightweight and flexible. Available in length 30m (printed in metres) or in length 100ft  (printed in feet and inches).

Cartridge Extractor

Single screw, all brass extractor for clockwork rotation only. Fitted with split brass connector for use with 25mm charging rod. Screw length 300mm

Charging Rod

Rigid yet flexible blue polypropylene rod fitted with universal brass joints for clockwork rotation only. 25mm diameter x 814mm long (1 inch x 3 ft)

Shot-firing Cable

Twin core white PVC insulated 6 sq. mm cable, ‘figure 8’ construction.Packaged on 100m reel. Total resistance 4-5 ohms per 100m length.
