Quality Policy
It is the policy of Ulster Industrial Explosives to focus the business on the needs of the customer such that we supply products and services that consistently meet the customers requirements and expectations.
To achieve this, the company shall maintain and continually improve upon the quality management system which shall be based on the requirements specified within ISO 9000:2000. The quality management system shall be independently assessed by the British Standards Institution and the continued achievement of this shall be communicated to the customer by the inclusion of the BSI logo on Ulster Industrial Explosives letterheads and promotional literature.
It is absolutely essential, if the desired standard of quality is to be achieved that everyone within the Company is aware of the system and how they in their role contributes to the quality of the company's product and services. Personnel shall be trained to a level where they understand the implications of their actions.
